Members & Groups
- Easily manage your members' personal, contact, and address information.

Attendance
- Take individual or total attendance.
- With individual attendance you setup meetings which are made of groups and mark individuals as: present, excused, or unexcused.
- Add your own excused options. Default include: out of town, sick, work, school.
- Use manual entry or small and inexpensive RFID cards to collect attendance. Members simply wave the card over the RFID reader (purchased separately) and their presence is instantly recorded on the SimpleChurchCRM server.

Utilities/Settings
- Mass contact members by group and/or by absences. You can choose to email or Text Message (SMS)(Via optional integration with Twilio) one or many groups at a time with a personalized message.
- Mass import member information from Excel (.CSV) and/or mass update member information.
- Export membership information to Excel (.CSV) - useful for using mail-merge and calling tree programs.
- Create and assign role to members. Roles are allowed certain permissions like: editing member information, viewing reports, etc. So, more people can be involved in management and only in the areas they need to be.
- Define the terms your church uses for its members, groups, and meetings (e.g. Students, classes, and services).
- View a log of all actions taken in the system - edits, deletes, etc.
